Terms of Service

1. Who provides BlowStack

In these terms "we" means the provider above and "you" means the user of BlowStack.

2. What BlowStack offers

BlowStack helps you prepare for cloud certification exams, mainly AWS, with practice exams, practice questions, interactive lessons, progress tracking and study plans in the app, and articles, cheat sheets and free tools on the public website. The public website is free and needs no account.

• Starter - free, with an account: 100 exam questions (they do not recharge), 10 interactive lessons and the basic app features.
• Premium - a one-time payment of USD 19.99, including taxes, for 3 months of access to all certifications and lessons, with 500 exam questions recharged daily and all Premium features listed on the pricing page. Premium does not renew automatically.

BlowStack is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon Web Services or any other cloud provider. "AWS" and related names are trademarks of their owners. Our questions are written to reflect the scope and style of the official exams; they are not the official exam questions, and we do not guarantee that you will pass any exam.

3. Technical requirements

You need an internet connection, a current version of a common web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an email address or an account with Google, Facebook, LinkedIn or Amazon to sign in.

4. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. The agreement for the free service is concluded when you create an account and lasts indefinitely. You can end it at any time by asking us to delete your account at info@blowstack.com.

Your account is personal. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you suspect someone else uses them.

5. Rules of use

You may use BlowStack for your own learning. You may not:

• share your account or give other people access to it;
• copy, download in bulk, scrape, republish or sell our questions, lessons or other content;
• access BlowStack with bots, scripts or other automated means, except the public tools used normally in a browser;
• try to break, overload or bypass the security or limits of BlowStack;
• send us or place in BlowStack unlawful content.

If you seriously or repeatedly break these rules, we may block or end your account after telling you why by email. If you paid for Premium and we end your account without your fault, we refund the part of the price for the unused period.

All content of BlowStack is protected by copyright and belongs to us or our licensors. Using BlowStack gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it under these terms, nothing more.

6. Buying Premium

You buy Premium in the app. Prices are in US dollars and include VAT, sales tax or similar taxes where they apply; checkout may show the price in your local currency, and the final amount is shown before you pay.

Premium is sold through Link, the merchant of record service of Stripe. Link is the seller of the purchase: it processes your payment, collects and pays the taxes, and emails you the receipt and invoice. Link's payment terms shown at checkout apply to the payment, and your card statement shows "LINK.COM* BLOWSTACK". We provide Premium itself and are responsible for it under these terms.

The purchase is concluded when your payment succeeds. Premium starts immediately and lasts 3 months.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

You can withdraw from the Premium purchase within 14 days without giving any reason and get a full refund. The period expires 14 days after the day of your payment. You keep this right even though Premium starts immediately, whether or not the law of your country gives it to you.

To exercise it, inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email to info@blowstack.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. It is enough that you send your statement before the period expires.

If you withdraw, the full amount you paid, including taxes, is refunded without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your statement, to the payment method you used. You will not pay any fees for the refund, and Link emails you its confirmation. Your Premium access ends when you withdraw. You can also ask Link support for a refund of the payment directly.

8. Complaints

We are responsible for BlowStack working as described in these terms. If something does not work, write to info@blowstack.com with your account email and a description of the problem. We answer within 14 days. If we do not fix a problem we are responsible for, you can ask for a price reduction or end the agreement and get a refund, as the law provides.

If you are a consumer, you can also use out-of-court ways of settling a dispute, for example the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) in Poland, or a consumer body in your country.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep BlowStack available, but it may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or because of failures. We may improve and change the service. We will not take away features you paid for during your Premium period without refunding the part of the price for them.

10. Liability

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability under the law.

If you use BlowStack for your business and are not a consumer, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and does not cover lost profits; this does not apply to damage caused intentionally. If you run a sole proprietorship and the purchase is not of a professional nature for your business, you have the same protection as a consumer regarding withdrawal, complaints and unfair terms.

11. Privacy

How we process your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for important reasons, such as changes in the law, in the service or in how we provide it. We will tell registered users by email or a notice in the app at least 14 days before a change takes effect. If you do not accept it, you can end the agreement before then. A Premium access you already bought runs until its end under the terms that applied when you bought it.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given by the mandatory law of the country where you live. Disputes are decided by the court competent under the general rules; a consumer can always bring a claim before the courts of their place of residence where the law allows.
